Characteristic
K series limiting instrument (thermal circuit breaker) is approved by CCETC and has passed through the electrical safety test, with novel structure, convenient installation, high reliability and wide usage. The product is used in kinds of baking ovens, is a security setting that can timely cut the power supply of furnace heating wire and prevent from being overheated to damage the equipment when the baking oven reaches overtemperature.
K type thermal circuit breaker has electronic design, and can reach the requirement of overheating protection on precision, sensitivity and reliability by using K type thermocouple temperature sensor. The product has wide temperature limit, can be used with sectional temperature limit within 0～1300℃ according to the needs of users. 1、Function and operation
After power connection required, the indicator light of limiting instrument lights up, and the instrument operates properly(should pay attention to the using voltage of power on wiring); if the furnace temperature is beyond the temperature limit scope of limiting instrument, the green light of limiting instrument turns off, the limiting instrument starts limit, and the main control normally closed terminal is in long-term disconnect state, should perform once power on-off process, after interval of more than 30 seconds the power will turn-on again, the main control normally closed terminal could turn on, and the contactor can work properly. Please do not turn-on power before trouble shooting, the limiting instrument may occur limit again. If the trouble shooting time is too short, and the power is turned-on immediately, the safety light of limiting instrument might not work, the reason is too high furnace temperature exceeds limited temperature range of limiting instrument and causes limiting displacement again after the limiting instrument switch off the power, please open the furnace door, cool down the temperature a little and turn-on the power again. Under special circumstance, if users continue using damaged limiting instrument, can slide the switch of termperature limiter to “OFF” to shut off the use of limiting instrument, but can’t use it for long term so as not to affect the safety of equipment.

According to wiring diagram connection requirement of limiting instrument, it can control up to three-route temperature limit simultaneously, with AC 200V or 380V power supply limiting instrument working power and main control output normal-closed terminal, which controls furnace AC contactor power; when the furnace temperature is more than rating value, the limiting instrument will start normal-closed terminal to disconnect contactor power, and the furnace heating wire stops heating; after the normal-closed terminal is disconnected, the normal-opened terminal is connected, and the normal-opened terminal can connect to alarm output or buzzer alarm according to the requirement of users, but to notice the power supply wiring of alarm actuator.
