Characteristic
This control is mainly applied to food proofing box, and its operation is simple and convenient. It adopts France original humidity temperature sensor, and can meet the needs of multi-level users with high precision humidity temperature control and complete & advanced function. This control has humanized design, as long as you set temperature and humidity needed, it will start automatic working state when the power is on. It has relay switch quantity controller output, and LED luminescent tube coordination indication on panel when it works, can indicate working state of machine with great clarity and simplicity, and is more safe and convenient for users to work.

1、Cautions in installation
1）、External power supply have abnormal changes will lead to the breakdown of control system, for the safety work of the whole system, please make sure to set safety circuit outside of the control system.
2）、Operator must acquaint himself with the contents of manual before installation, wiring, operation and maintenance. And operator must know very well related mechanical and electronic common sense and all relevant safety cautions.
Notice: improper operation may cause hazards, including personal injury or equipment accident.
3）、Please install on metal or other flame retardant matters and away from fuel.
4）、Should be safety grounding when use.
5）、Wiring operation must be done by professional electrician.
6）、After the disconnect power is confirmed, operation could be started.
2、Installation environment of system
1）、Should install electricity box of controller in place with good ventilation, oil-proofing and dust proof. If the electric control box is closed, temperature of controller will be too high, affect the normal work and the exhaust fan should be installed; the preference temperature of electricity box is below 50℃ and relative humidity less than 85%RH.
2）、It is necessary to avoid controller being installed too close to AC accessories: contactor, transformer, and so on; the controller must be kept away from strong electromagnetic field environment, for avoiding unnecessary interference and affecting the normal work.
3）、Should not be installed on equipment with greater mechanical shock or trembling.
4）、Please have regular maintenance to ensure controller works without accident.
3、Installation of humidity temperature sensor
The humidity temperature sensor should be inserted into mouse holder with the plane upward, and the probe should be installed on adaptive collection point of air ventilation in the box. In order to collect more effective humidity temperature signal, it is suggested that one small fan blows the probe from the side individually. Probe of humidity temperature sensor should not be in the state of water vapor cover for a long time, because the longevity of probe will be affected. When the work is finished, the fan should continue to blow a period of time and dry out the probe or place the probe in dry environment.
