1、Cautions in installation
1）、Should install electricity box of controller in place with good ventilation, oil-proofing and dust proof, and the supply & exhaust axial flow fan should be installed in the closed electricity box to keep good ventilation of electricity box, the temperature in electricity box should be below 50℃.
2）、The heavy current installation and weak current equipment must be separated, and are best to be installed at each end of the electricity box. The trend of heavy current and weak current must be separated as possible, if it can’t be avoided, the heavy wire and weak wire should be cross-routing and can’t be parallel routing, thus it can avoid interference to the maximum possible. If possible, the iron plate should be installed to isolate inner heavy current equipment and inner weak current equipment, to avoid space magnetic field radiation.
3）、Thermocouple connecting line should use shielded wire, and external shielded net wire should be single-end good grounding.
4）、All wires of control system should use cable provided by our company, should not be changed at will and cause unnecessary trouble.
5）、AC contactor driving should use heavy current and weak current conversion board direct driving provided by our company, do not change or transfer at will, if the current of AC contactor coil is too large and has to increase intermediate relay, the power of intermediate relay coil and the power of AC contactor coil must be co-rotating power supply to avoid interference.
2、Maintenance Precautions
1）、Correct use and careful maintenance help controller to work normally and help to prolong service life of controller.
2）、The controller and its surroundings should be kept clean.
3）、Do not put metal or sundries aside of controller to avoid being destroyed accidently.
4）、Don not use nails or other hardware to press light touching button, to avoid being destroyed accidently.
5）、Do not self-disassemble controller, and do not hot-plug-in inner equipment, such as internal connection communication plug and control apparatus board.
6）、If the control board has abnormal conditions, please do not continue to use and contact with distributor, Kekong Special Repair Center or Kekong Headquarter with warranty as soon as possible.
